1. Stretch your arms out straight in front of you. Make fists with your hands and then relax them down by your sides. You can do this stretch while sitting or standing, but make sure that your back is straight and not hunching forward or backward.



2. Next, place both hands on top of each other at chest level and pull them apart as far as they go without moving them too much (about 1 inch). Hold this position for 30 seconds, then release and repeat 10 times in total, 3 times per day.
